This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about marketing, enjoy interacting with clients, and want to build a rewarding career in real estate sales.This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in sales, gain hands-on experience in client interaction, and learn property advisory and closing techniques.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Convert qualified leads into site visits and property bookings.</li><li>Conduct property presentations and client meetings.</li><li>Negotiate and close sales deals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.</li><li>Manage channel partner &amp; developer relationships to maximize opportunities.</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Education: Any Graduate</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;2 years in sales / real estate / relationship management.</li><li>Freshers with strong communication &amp; convincing skills may apply.</li><li>Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Goal-oriented and ambitious personality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
