Job Description

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about marketing, enjoy interacting with clients, and want to build a rewarding career in real estate sales.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in sales, gain hands-on experience in client interaction, and learn property advisory and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into site visits and property bookings.
• Conduct property presentations and client meetings.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Manage channel partner & developer relationships to maximize opportunities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales / real estate / relationship management.
• Freshers with strong communication & convincing skills may apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented and ambitious personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
