A. Work Order Planning &amp; Pre-Execution<ul><li>Prepare/Review the Customer Requirement Forms (CRF) in line with Purchase Orders, contractual compliance requirements, and approved Bill of Materials (BOM).</li><li>Plan and deploy manpower resources (technicians, supervisors, operators) including coordination with planners for additional requirements.</li><li>Ensure tools, spares, and consumables are packed, inspected, and dispatched strictly as per BOM and job scope.</li><li>Manage onboarding of casual/contract technicians, including wage finalisation, documentation, and timely submission to HR.</li><li>Conduct pre-job briefings covering job scope, billing cycle, quantity recording (flange tagging), reporting requirements, and safety expectations.</li><li>Plan and approve IOUs, advances, and site expense budgets.</li><li>Guide and monitor logistics for mobilisation planning, transportation, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Act as the primary operations interface for client coordination, ensuring alignment with scope and project summaries shared by the sales team.</li></ul>B. Rental Operations &amp; Site Execution<ul><li>Execute end-to-end site operations, ensuring timely mobilisation and demobilisation of tools and manpower.</li><li>Optimise deployment through inter-site transfer of tools and manpower to avoid delays and control operational costs.</li><li>Arrange accommodation (hotels/rooms) in line with project duration, expense budget and company policy.</li><li>Manage gate pass documentation, including creation, validity tracking, renewals, and cancellation post job completion as per client procedures.</li><li>Monitor daily and weekly site productivity, coordinating with clients and field teams to ensure job availability and continuity.</li><li>Lead emergency response planning, including backup manpower, tool allocation, and technical issue resolution at sites.</li><li>Resolve discrepancies related to attendance, productivity, quantities, billing, or client concerns in coordination with sales and accounts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE standards, SOPs, and client safety requirements at all sites.</li></ul>C. Asset, Inventory &amp; Resource Management<ul><li>Manage rental fleet utilisation, availability, preventive maintenance, and operational readiness of tools and equipment.</li><li>Track asset movement, condition, and job-wise utilisation across sites.</li><li>Maintain inventory in optimum condition and raise Capex requirements proactively.</li><li>Coordinate with service team for repairs, calibration, and tool readiness.</li></ul>D. Post-Execution &amp; Commercial Closure<ul><li>Review job completion summaries and scrutinise log sheets prior to submission to sales and accounts for billing.</li><li>Ensure resolution of documentation or billing discrepancies before commercial handover.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of Work Completion Certificates (WCC) and customer feedback forms.</li><li>Collect customer appreciation letters and service feedback for internal records.</li><li>Ensure site expenses are submitted, verified, and booked within defined timelines.</li></ul>E. Manpower Planning, Training &amp; Capability Development<ul><li>Identify, onboard, and plan deployment of new technicians as per operational requirements.</li><li>Conduct preliminary interviews and technical evaluations for field manpower.</li><li>Train teams on site leadership, roles &amp; responsibilities, customer interaction, and safety compliance.</li><li>Conduct technical and behavioural training on report writing, documentation accuracy, and log sheet maintenance.</li><li>Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement within the operations team.</li></ul>F. Cost Control, MIS &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Monitor and control operational costs including manpower, logistics, repairs, consumables, and site expenses.</li><li>Track job-wise profitability and highlight deviations with corrective action plans.</li><li>Maintain and update RE Sheets / MIS dashboards for all running projects.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of attendance, allowances, compliance documents, and expense statements to HR and Accounts.</li><li>Provide operational inputs for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and service/process improvement initiatives.</li></ul>JOB SPECIFICATION (educational qualification/experience/skills/etc.)<ul><li>Diploma/BE Mech with 10-12 year experience in project management</li><li>Skills required:</li></ul>- Discipline in Documentation &amp; Record keeping- Commercial acumen- Training- Communication- Negotiation skills- Manpower management- MIS Reporting&middot; Lives in/around Navi MumbaiJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
