This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, helping coordinate projects, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field staff, and management.The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and project-related activities</li><li>Prepare and process customer invoices and billing documents</li><li>Submit and track electrical permits with local jurisdictions</li><li>Maintain project files and office records</li><li>Communicate with customers, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel</li><li>Assist with data entry and document management</li><li>Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and reports</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous administrative or office experience</li><li>Construction or electrical industry experience is a plus</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li><li>Experience with invoicing, billing, and permit processing</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Professional and positive attitude</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time, stable employment</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li></ul>To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
