Administrative Assistant

Absolute Power, Inc is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing electrical construction team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, helping coordinate projects, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field staff, and management.The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and project-related activities
  • Prepare and process customer invoices and billing documents
  • Submit and track electrical permits with local jurisdictions
  • Maintain project files and office records
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
  • Assist with data entry and document management
  • Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and reports

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Construction or electrical industry experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with invoicing, billing, and permit processing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and positive attitude
