Absolute Power, Inc is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing electrical construction team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, helping coordinate projects, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field staff, and management.The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and project-related activities
- Prepare and process customer invoices and billing documents
- Submit and track electrical permits with local jurisdictions
- Maintain project files and office records
- Communicate with customers, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and reports
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Construction or electrical industry experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with invoicing, billing, and permit processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and positive attitude
