We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Cumming team.Compensation<ul><li>$33-40/hr</li><li>Benefits - PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(K), Holiday pay</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Cumming, IA</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead diagnostic work on trucks that stump the rest of the shop</li><li>Be the first call when something&rsquo;s weird - electrical gremlins, regen failures, no-starts, intermittent faults</li><li>Guide and develop junior techs - you won&rsquo;t manage them, but they&rsquo;ll follow your example and guidance</li><li>Coordinate with the service advisor to make sure the customer knows what&rsquo;s happening and why - strong efficient communication</li><li>Keep your bay clean, your tools ready, and your reputation spotless</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>5+ years of diesel experience, including diagnostics.</li><li>Familiar with OEM software (like Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Cummins, Paccar, Detroit, etc.)</li><li>Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, troubleshoot CAN communication issues</li><li>Calm under pressure, relentless problem-solver, and don&rsquo;t tolerate mediocrity</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers or mentoring a junior tech</li></ul>Must-Have Traits<ul><li>Extreme Ownership &ndash; You own your work, your results, and your attitude.
