Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and manage business relationships with hotels, restaurants, caf&eacute;s, offices, and corporate clients. The role focuses on promoting and selling coffee machines and coffee capsule solutions, driving business growth, and achieving assigned sales targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new B2B clients, especially within HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caf&eacute;s) and corporate sectors</li><li>Actively visit potential clients (hotels, restaurants, offices) to generate leads and close sales</li><li>Promote and sell coffee machines, coffee capsules, and related solutions</li><li>Manage and grow existing corporate and key accounts</li><li>Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for clients</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements</li><li>Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and sales activities</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs</li><li>Submit regular sales and activity reports</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in coffee machines, appliances, or FMCG)</li><li>Experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, caf&eacute;s, or office clients is highly preferred</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to approach clients, conduct meetings, and close deals independently</li><li>Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
