B2B Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and manage business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and corporate clients. The role focuses on promoting and selling coffee machines and coffee capsule solutions, driving business growth, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients, especially within HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and corporate sectors
  • Actively visit potential clients (hotels, restaurants, offices) to generate leads and close sales
  • Promote and sell coffee machines, coffee capsules, and related solutions
  • Manage and grow existing corporate and key accounts
  • Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and sales activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Submit regular sales and activity reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in coffee machines, appliances, or FMCG)
  • Experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, cafés, or office clients is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to approach clients, conduct meetings, and close deals independently
  • Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
