This role ensures a smooth telehealth experience by setting up devices, assisting with online forms, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.<br>

</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><div>Technology Setup &amp; Support<br>
</div>Set up and troubleshoot tablets/laptops for video visits<br>

</li>Ensure Wi-Fi connectivity and proper audio/video functionality<br>
<li>
</li>Assist patients with logging into telehealth platforms<br>
<li>
</li>Begin setup 20 minutes before scheduled appointments<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div>Registration &amp; Form Assistance<br>
</div>Guide patients through online registration and consent forms<br>

</li>Share device and walk patients through each required field<br>
<li>
</li>Enter information accurately and confirm spelling and dates<br>
<li>
</li>Troubleshoot form submission errors<br>
<li>
</li>Confirm successful completion before leaving the home<br>

</div>Escort patients through the telehealth process:<br>
Joining the waiting room<br>

</li>Connecting with the provider<br>

</li>Supporting communication if needed<br>

</div>Assist patients with submitting Power of Attorney (POA) or Healthcare Proxy documents<br>

</li>Collect photos or PDF copies when required<br>

</li>Send documents to the Clinical Nurse (CN) team as directed<br>

</li></ul><div>Safety &amp; Observation<br>
</div>Observe patient environment for safety and comfort<br>

</li>Escalate concerns appropriately to clinical staff<br>

</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div>Comfortable using tablets, laptops, and basic technology<br>

</li>Strong communication and customer service skills<br>

</li>Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality<br>
