Lease Analyst-Seeking a skilled leasing professional to join an amazing team in the Tampa area. This position will handle commercial leasing for retail locations, as well as related documents.Job functions- <ul><li>Create, review, and maintain lease abstracts and amendments- complete abstract packages for review.</li><li>Sets up and maintain leases and documents in property software.</li><li>Set up and maintain Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes documents.</li><li>Calculate rent change percentages, as needed.</li><li>Input cash receipts into the system and follow standard operating procedure for rent collections.</li><li>Research and evaluate issues related to tenant accounts, including Common Area Maintenance expenses and budget analysis.</li><li>Providing quality assurance for data abstracted and entered into the database.</li><li>Perform invoice reviews and ensure align with tenant obligations to remit payment.</li><li>Perform operating expense preliminary review with supporting documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.04 - $26.44 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>commercial leasing: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>invoicing: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
