Lease Analyst

Lease Analyst-

Seeking a skilled leasing professional to join an amazing team in the Tampa area. This position will handle commercial leasing for retail locations, as well as related documents.

Job functions-

• Create, review, and maintain lease abstracts and amendments- complete abstract packages for review.
• Sets up and maintain leases and documents in property software.
• Set up and maintain Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes documents.
• Calculate rent change percentages, as needed.
• Input cash receipts into the system and follow standard operating procedure for rent collections.
• Research and evaluate issues related to tenant accounts, including Common Area Maintenance expenses and budget analysis.
• Providing quality assurance for data abstracted and entered into the database.
• Perform invoice reviews and ensure align with tenant obligations to remit payment.
• Perform operating expense preliminary review with supporting documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.04 - $26.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• commercial leasing: 2 years (Preferred)
• invoicing: 2 years (Preferred)
