The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong knowledge of coffee preparation &amp; customer service.Key Responsibilities:Guest Service &amp; Beverage Preparation<ul><li>Prepare and serve all types of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies, according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.</li><li>Recommend beverage options and upsell menu items.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service counter and seating area at all times.</li></ul>Operational Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf&eacute; equipment safely.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control, ordering, and daily requisitions.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of all products in compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Handle cash, POS transactions, and shift reports accurately.</li></ul>Food Safety &amp; Hygiene<ul><li>Comply with all local health regulations and company standards related to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP or equivalent).</li><li>Conduct daily checks on food and beverage temperatures, equipment cleanliness.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
