The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, particularly sandwiches and salads and also basic knowledge of pastry (sweets) is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food items, including sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, desserts, and other menu offerings, while maintaining excellent food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.</li><li>Manage daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared and stocked before service.</li><li>Prepare a variety of dishes, including sandwiches, salads, pasta, desserts, and light meals.</li><li>Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure consistency.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage procedures.</li><li>Assist in receiving and checking deliveries when required.</li><li>Support menu development and contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal specials.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.</li><li>Train and assist junior kitchen staff when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience in a caf&eacute;, casual dining restaurant, hotel, or similar environment.</li><li>Experience preparing sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, desserts, and bakery items is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist in multiple kitchen areas.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong knowledge of coffee preparation &amp; customer service.Key Responsibilities:Guest Service &amp; Beverage Preparation<ul><li>Prepare and serve all types of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies, according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.</li><li>Recommend beverage options and upsell menu items.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service counter and seating area at all times.</li></ul>Operational Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf&eacute; equipment safely.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control, ordering, and daily requisitions.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of all products in compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Handle cash, POS transactions, and shift reports accurately.</li></ul>Food Safety &amp; Hygiene<ul><li>Comply with all local health regulations and company standards related to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP or equivalent).</li><li>Conduct daily checks on food and beverage temperatures, equipment cleanliness.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
