We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with experience in architectural and real estate projects to support the visual communication of design concepts.The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming architectural ideas into compelling visual presentations, including project branding, marketing materials, render enhancements, and presentation boards.This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop high-quality visual materials for architectural and real estate projects</li><li>Design project presentations, brochures, and pitch decks</li><li>Enhance architectural renderings and 3D visuals using graphic tools</li><li>Create branding concepts for new developments (logos, color palettes, identity)</li><li>Prepare marketing and sales materials (flyers, social media posts, banners)</li><li>Produce layout designs for architectural boards and client presentations</li><li>Collaborate with architects and draftsmen to ensure design accuracy and consistency</li><li>Maintain brand guidelines across all projects</li><li>Support digital marketing initiatives with creative content</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or related field</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within architecture, real estate, or construction sectors</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing architectural or real estate projects</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>AutoCAD (basic understanding preferred)</li><li>SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion (a plus)</li><li>Experience in render post-production and visualization enhancement</li><li>Knowledge of layout, typography, and branding principles</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
