Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Front-End Sales Representative to identify potential clients and generate business opportunities through Discord, Twitch, and LinkedIn platforms. Front-End Sales Representative – Discord, Twitch & LinkedIn

<ul><li>Key Responsibilities:</li></ul>1. Process Optimization &amp; Performance Monitoring<ul><li>Monitor and analyze process parameters across polymerization, spinning, drawing, and cutting sections.</li></ul>2. Troubleshooting &amp; Technical Support<ul><li>Lead root cause analysis for process deviations, equipment issues, and quality defects.</li><li>Provide immediate technical support to production teams during breakdowns or abnormal process behavior.</li><li>Coordinate with Mechanical and E&amp;I departments for corrective actions.</li></ul>3. Quality Improvement<ul><li>Work closely with QC/QA teams to maintain and enhance product quality.</li><li>Implement process adjustments to minimize variations in denier, tensile strength, moisture, and other fiber properties.</li><li>Evaluate customer feedback and drive corrective and preventive actions CAPA.</li></ul>4. Project &amp; Modification Work<ul><li>Lead process-related improvement projects and plant modification initiatives.</li><li>Participate in commissioning and trials for new machines, technologies, and process upgrades.</li><li>Liaise with vendors for equipment enhancements, chemicals, and process-related accessories.</li></ul>5. Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Analyze daily production and performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and process monitoring sheets.</li><li>Recommend operational changes to senior management based on data-driven insights.</li></ul>6. SOP Development &amp; Training<ul><li>Develop, review, and update SOPs, work instructions, and process guidelines.</li><li>Train production staff and shift teams on process control, troubleshooting, and best practices.</li><li>Ensure adherence to standards and reduce human error in operations.</li></ul>7. Safety, Compliance &amp; Environment<ul><li>Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of safe operating procedures.</li><li>Work on energy conservation, waste reduction, and environmental sustainability initiative</li><li>Identify inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies to improve throughput and quality.</li><li>Ensure consistent production performance within defined quality and safety standards.</li></ul>Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field.Experiance:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in polyester fiber, polymer, textile, or chemical process industries.</li><li>Strong experience in fiber manufacturing processes polymerization, spinning, drawing.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in process troubleshooting and optimization.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

PROCESS ENGINEER

Accounts Payable Operations<ul><li>Process vendor invoices after proper verification and approvals</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate payment processing cheques, bank transfers</li><li>Maintain and update vendor ledgers and reconcile balances regularly</li><li>Verify purchase orders PO, goods receipt notes GRN, and invoices</li></ul>Vendor Management<ul><li>Coordinate with vendors regarding billing discrepancies and payments</li><li>Maintain proper vendor documentation and records</li><li>Assist in resolving payment-related queries efficiently</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements</li><li>Assist in tax deductions WHT and maintain related records</li><li>Prepare payment vouchers and supporting documentation</li></ul>Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with Procurement, Stores, and Production departments</li><li>Support month-end closing activities related to payables</li></ul>Experience <ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable preferably in manufacturing</li><li>Fresh candidates with strong academic background may also be considered</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payable processes</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel</li></ul>Qulification Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance B.Com / BBA / equivalentJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
