The trainer should be able to explain digital marketing concepts clearly, conduct hands-on activities, and guide learners in using real marketing tools and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesThe trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training sessions on digital marketing topics such as SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and marketing strategy.The role includes preparing session plans, conducting live demonstrations, assigning practical tasks, reviewing learner progress, and supporting students in building job-ready digital marketing skills.Main Training AreasThe trainer should be able to cover:<ul><li>Introduction to Digital Marketing</li><li>Social Media Marketing</li><li>Search Engine Optimization</li><li>Google Ads and Meta Ads basics</li><li>Content Marketing</li><li>Email Marketing</li><li>Canva for marketing creatives</li><li>Google Analytics and reporting basics</li><li>Marketing funnels and customer journey</li><li>Digital marketing strategy and campaign planning</li><li>Practical projects and portfolio-building activities</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>Strong practical experience in digital marketing</li><li>Previous training, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of current digital marketing tools and platforms</li><li>Ability to teach beginners and intermediate learners</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to design practical assignments and classroom activities</li><li>Professional, punctual, and learner-focused approach</li></ul>Preferred Tools Knowledge<ul><li>Google Ads</li><li>Meta Business Suite</li><li>Google Analytics</li><li>Google Search Console</li><li>Canva</li><li>Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools</li><li>WordPress</li><li>SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms</li></ul>QualificationsA degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
