About Acamind Academy

Acamind Academy is looking for experienced and passionate HR & AI Professional Trainers to deliver practical, engaging training programmes for HR professionals, L&D professionals, managers, and working professionals.

We are looking for trainers who can deliver one or more of the following programmes:

• AI in HR
• AI in Learning & Development (L&D)
• CHRP – Certified Human Resources Professional
• CHRM – Certified Human Resources Manager

Candidates with expertise across multiple areas will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions in classroom and/or online formats.
• Conduct practical, interactive workshops using real-world workplace examples.
• Prepare and customise presentations, training materials, activities and practical exercises.
• Explain concepts clearly to learners from different professional backgrounds.
• Demonstrate practical applications of AI tools in HR and L&D.
• Conduct case studies, group activities, discussions and assessments.
• Answer learner questions and provide practical guidance.
• Evaluate learner understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content updated with current HR practices and AI developments.
• Collaborate with the Acamind Academy training team to improve course content and learner experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR, L&D, AI or professional trainer.
• Strong practical knowledge of HR and/or Learning & Development.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI and AI workplace applications for candidates delivering AI programmes.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to make training practical, interactive and industry-focused.
• Experience delivering professional training to adults or corporate learners.
• Experience delivering CHRP and/or CHRM is an advantage.
• Relevant HR, L&D, AI or professional certifications will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in professionals who can combine HR/L&D expertise with practical AI applications and demonstrate how AI can improve everyday HR, recruitment, learning and workplace processes.

You do not need to be an expert in all four areas. Candidates with strong expertise in one or more of the listed programmes are encouraged to apply.
