Human resource Trainer

We’re Hiring: HR Trainer – Full-Time | Onsite | Dubai

Edoxi Training Institute – Dubai is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Trainer to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis.

We are seeking a trainer with strong practical HR expertise who can confidently deliver professional programs in:

• CHRP – Certified Human Resource Professional
• CHRM – Certified Human Resource Manager
• HR Analytics
• Soft Skills & Professional Development

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical, and industry-focused HR training programs.
• Develop training materials, presentations, case studies, activities, and assessments.
• Use real-world HR scenarios and practical examples to enhance learning.
• Assess learners' progress and provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with HR trends, UAE labour practices, HR technology, and analytics.
• Support the development and improvement of HR training programs and course content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• MBA/ Master's in HR is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate training / facilitation experience preferred.
• Previous experience delivering CHRP, CHRM, or equivalent HR certification programs is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, L&D, and HR policies.
• Strong knowledge of HR Analytics / People Analytics is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
