HRM (Human Resources Manager) – Dubai Based

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee full spectrum of HR operations for the UAE entity, covering recruitment, compensation & performance management, training, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR policies, systems and standard procedures for the UAE team.
3. Administer employee on-boarding, off-boarding and attendance management.
4. Manage work visa processing for foreign employees, administer compensation & benefits, and handle all other ad-hoc HR matters.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years of end-to-end HR management experience, including no less than 3 years working experience in the UAE.
3. Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MoHRE regulations and foreign staff visa application procedures; proficient in core HR functions including recruitment, training as well as compensation & benefits administration.
4. Prior experience building HR systems and policies from scratch is preferred.
5. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
