 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Oversee full spectrum of HR operations for the UAE entity, covering recruitment, compensation &amp; performance management, training, and employee relations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement HR policies, systems and standard procedures for the UAE team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer employee on-boarding, off-boarding and attendance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage work visa processing for foreign employees, administer compensation &amp; benefits, and handle all other ad-hoc HR matters.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirement
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above, major in Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 8 years of end-to-end HR management experience, including no less than 3 years working experience in the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MoHRE regulations and foreign staff visa application procedures; proficient in core HR functions including recruitment, training as well as compensation &amp; benefits administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience building HR systems and policies from scratch is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in both English and Chinese.
 </li>
