Role Description

This is a part-time, onsite role for a Human Resources Trainer. The HR Trainer will design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs tailored to enhance employee performance and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include assessing organizational training needs, creating learning materials, conducting workshops, and coaching employees to foster personal and professional growth. The trainer will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure all training aligns with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Coaching
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of Training experience required
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in designing and facilitating engaging training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience with both in-person and online training delivery methods
• Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes effectively
• Certification in relevant fields such as HR, coaching, or training preferred
