Service CoordinatorLocation: Shepperton, Surrey Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00 or 08:30 to 17:30)Accent Services (Air Conditioning) Ltd is a leading mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering excellence within the commercial sector. With a strong client base and a growing national footprint, our head office team consists of 45 office-based colleagues across 2 different units. Our specialism is HVAC, with over 40 mobile engineers covering our London areas.We are expanding and looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, supporting engineers, managing planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency call outs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate planned and reactive works from enquiry through to completion</li><li>Schedule maintenance visits and issue engineer reports in line with SLAs</li><li>Manage urgent call outs and remedial quotes</li><li>Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently</li><li>Support team diary management and escalate urgent issues where needed</li></ul>About You<ul><li>Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li><li>Self-motivated, a strong team player, and able to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>Experience in HVAC is desirable but not essential</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re looking to join a friendly, ambitious company where hard work is valued and rewarded, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &pound;31,500.00-&pound;33,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Company pension</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Health &amp; wellbeing programme</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Referral programme</li><li>Sick pay</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Service Coordination: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
