We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.Job Summary:The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial and cost-related aspects of projects from inception to completion. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, contract administration, cost control, and mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans at all project stages</li><li>Manage and monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial reporting</li><li>Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and procurement reports</li><li>Lead tender evaluations and provide recommendations to clients</li><li>Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and final accounts</li><li>Provide cost advice, value engineering, and risk management support</li><li>Attend client, consultant, and site meetings as required</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract conditions and company procedures</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation and commercial records</li><li>Support and mentor junior quantity surveyors</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;12 years experience, preferably in a consulting environment</li><li>Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, AIQS, or equivalent) preferred</li><li>Experience working with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong commercial and contractual knowledge</li><li>Excellent analytical and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and cost management software</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
