ACCESS CONSULT LLC is a professional consulting firm providing design and supervision services across a range of construction and infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial and cost-related aspects of projects from inception to completion. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, contract administration, cost control, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans at all project stages
• Manage and monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and procurement reports
• Lead tender evaluations and provide recommendations to clients
• Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and final accounts
• Provide cost advice, value engineering, and risk management support
• Attend client, consultant, and site meetings as required
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions and company procedures
• Maintain accurate project documentation and commercial records
• Support and mentor junior quantity surveyors

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years experience, preferably in a consulting environment
• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, AIQS, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience working with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT)

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and cost management software
