Commercial Real Estate Manager

As Commercial Manager at Elite Property DXB, you will take ownership of commercial strategy and performance across our real estate operations. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth, optimise commercial activity, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support strategic decision-making to maximise business performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that deliver strong financial performance and support long-term growth.
• Lead and coach a commercial team, setting clear goals and supporting them to achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and financial performance to inform planning and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, operations, legal, finance, and admin to drive commercial success.
• Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and dashboards for senior management to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years’ experience in commercial roles within real estate or related sectors in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capability.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in reporting, forecasting, and interpreting performance data.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and commercial reporting tools.
