Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.   • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports for strategic planning.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when necessary, fostering a collaborative environment.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in guiding or mentoring colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
