Role: Estimation Engineer
Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience.
• Proven expertise in estimation and quantity surveying, specifically within the joinery or fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Perform detailed quantity surveying for materials and labor requirements.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to create competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and clients to ensure precise estimations.
• Monitor and review project costs to align with budgets.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the joinery/fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in estimation and quantity surveying techniques.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
