Construction Manager-Civil

Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Civil to lead the delivery of a prestigious mall project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing large-scale developments, with a proven track record overseeing the full project lifecycle—from design coordination through to successful handover.

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of the project.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring alignment with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Review and approve IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Ensure strict compliance with Dubai authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, RTA, etc.).
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Lead civil works interfaces with MEP, structural, architectural, and façade teams.
• Manage contractor performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale mall or commercial projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle—from design coordination to final handover.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai authority processes and local construction regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-track project timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED23,000.00 - AED29,000.00 per month
