Project Manager

Job Description

Polymer Shop Fixtures Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in interior design, fit-out, and joinery projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing lead time, materials, quality control (QC), and be able to read and understand technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete interior fit-out / joinery project lifecycle
• Manage complete project lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery
• Plan and control project lead time and schedules
• Coordinate material planning, procurement, and usage
• Ensure quality control (QC) standards are met throughout the project
• Read, understand, and execute work based on technical and shop drawings
• Coordinate with production, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor progress and report project status to management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong background in interior design, fit-out, and joinery
• Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in QC procedures and inspections
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience preferred

Salary

Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
