Civil Engineer

Job Description:

The House of Kalaa is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to lead and manage our interior design and landscape projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and innovation to deliver luxurious and high-quality projects that align with our reputation for excellence in design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of interior and landscape projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Design Integration: Work closely with designers to ensure designs are structurally feasible and meet aesthetic goals.
• Site Management: Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, safety standards, and timelines.
• Material Expertise: Advise on the selection of materials and construction techniques for both interiors and landscapes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work adheres to The House of Kalaa’s quality standards and UAE building codes.
• Budget Control: Develop and manage project budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
• Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, site inspections, and quality assessments.
• Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges with creative and practical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Civil Engineer for Interior and Landscape
• DM license and Trakhees license are preferable
• Experience in Interior and landscape Project Planning and Management
• Proven experience in managing interior and landscape projects, preferably for luxury villas and commercial spaces.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local regulations in the UAE.
• Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-end villa and commercial project design and execution.
• Knowledge of sustainable and innovative construction practices.
• Familiarity with 3D design and visualization tools.
