' Civil Engineer - Dubai Municipality Certified' All Rounder

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in Villa and Building construction in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all phases of the construction process, overseeing the successful completion of projects from initial planning and design through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings using Civil 3D
• Create detailed drawings and layouts for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Handling of Authorities like DM, DCD,DDA and all local authorities
• Develop detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Preparation of Detailed Drawing under the guidance of PM
• Prepare the shop drawing for submission to the consultant.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier quotations against BOQ.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality site inspections and documentation
• Knowledge of 2d & 3d AutoCAD, Revit,3Dsmax, SketchUp and other design software

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Dubai Municipality Engineering License
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, materials, and methodologies.
• Exceptional project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

UAE driving license preferred.
