Region will include Arkansas, Oklahoma, and N TexasSummaryThe&#8239;Regional Long-Term Care Business Development Representative is a motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving sales goals, building relationships, and driving growth within the acute and long-term care healthcare industry. This position will play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities for Access Medical Clinic&rsquo;s services in Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living communities, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities&mdash;aligning directly with annual growth targets and strategic market expansion plans.This individual serves as the primary liaison between facility administrators/staff, and AMC&rsquo;s internal clinical and operation teams, ensuring clear expectations and seamless execution of AMC&rsquo;s service model. The Business Development Representative supports AMC&rsquo;s expansion strategy by building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline, documented with accuracy and consistency through CRM technology.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Excellence<ul><li>Develop a deep understanding of AMC&rsquo;s integrated primary care, wound care, chronic care management, audiology, podiatry, cognitive and behavioral health, and medication management model to deliver a high-quality of care and value to long-term care facilities and residents.</li><li>Create and execute a strategic sales plan designed to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.</li><li>Apply a consultative selling approach to assess facility needs, propose tailored solutions, and articulate AMC&rsquo;s clinical and operational advantages.</li><li>Build and sustain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for additional services or cross-selling additional service lines.</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in the long-term care industry, including facility ownership structures, leadership teams, star ratings, quality metrics, and incumbent provider landscape.</li><li>Leverage market intelligence tools and industry insights to identify new growth opportunities.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, presentations, and materials; deliver regular performance and market updates to leadership.</li><li>Maintain an actively managed pipeline of sales activities, opportunities, and touchpoints in the CRM system (Hubspot).</li><li>Facilitate the execution of facility service agreements through presentations, relationship management, and smooth contracting workflows.</li><li>Conduct facility onboarding meetings and coordination activities to prepare for successful service initiation.</li><li>Ensure facility expectations align with AMC service standards, protocols, and operational workflows.</li><li>Remain informed on long-term care industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that impact AMC.</li><li>Identify opportunities to introduce new AMC services or capabilities based on facility feedback and emerging needs.</li><li>Leverage existing relationships to generate qualified leads and expand AMC&rsquo;s regional footprint.</li><li>Represent AMC at industry, networking, and trade conferences/events as appropriate.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li><li>May also assist with strategic initiatives around occupational health market outreach and clinic acquisition prospects.</li></ul>Facility Retention<ul><li>Collaborate closely with AMC clinical operations, support teams, and providers to drive 100% facility retention across the region.</li><li>Proactively communicate indications of dissatisfaction or operational issues to AMC leadership and clinical teams.</li><li>Cultivate testimonials and referrals from existing facility partners.</li><li>Build strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, community health organizations, and other referral sources to strengthen AMC&rsquo;s regional presence.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain accurate CRM data, facility information, and sales documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with AMC policies, as well as state and federal regulations governing post-acute and long-term care settings.</li><li>Understand major insurance types, reimbursement mechanics, and operational considerations relevant to long-term care.</li><li>Demonstrate commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Access Medical Clinic.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, Management, or related field).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in an outside sales or business development role, 3 years minimum within the post-acute, long-term care, or healthcare services industry.</li><li>Experience with understanding Medicare Advantage Plans (ISNP, CSNP) preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales goals and retaining long-term client relationships.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present confidently to facility leadership teams.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with clinical and non-clinical personnel.</li><li>Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Hubspot.</li><li>Willingness to travel daily within assigned region (~25% overnight travel estimate).</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsAccess Medical Clinic offers:<ul><li>Competitive&#8239;base salary&#8239;commensurate with experience, plus comfort with a&#8239;meaningful performance-based incentive structure&#8239;tied to deal execution and territory growth.
