This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, developing partnerships, and helping businesses understand the value of professional financial services.The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.</li><li>Develop partnerships with business consultants, banks, legal firms, and other referral sources.</li><li>Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and present appropriate financial solutions.</li><li>Prepare proposals, service agreements, and fee quotations.</li><li>Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and business opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with the firm's leadership and service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.</li><li>Represent the company at networking events, business forums, and industry gatherings.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to increase brand awareness and lead generation.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in financial services, accounting, banking, or professional services is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build relationships and develop trust with clients.</li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Number of qualified leads generated.</li><li>New clients acquired.</li><li>Revenue generated from new business.</li><li>Client retention and referral rates.</li><li>Number of strategic partnerships established.</li><li>Sales pipeline growth and conversion rate.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary.</li><li>Attractive performance-based commission on new business generated.</li><li>Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to revenue and growth targets.</li><li>Clear career progression opportunities as the company expands.</li><li>Flexible and entrepreneurial work environment with direct access to company leadership.</li><li>Professional development and training support.</li></ul>The Business Development Manager will be eligible for performance incentives based on:<ul><li>New client acquisition.</li><li>Revenue generated from new clients.</li><li>Successful conversion of qualified leads.</li><li>Strategic partnerships established.</li><li>Client retention and referral generation.</li><li>Fixed monthly salary.</li><li>5%&ndash;10% commission on the first year's revenue from new clients brought to the company.</li><li>Additional quarterly bonus for achieving or exceeding agreed revenue targets.</li><li>Annual performance bonus based on overall company growth and contribution.</li></ul>Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
