We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Associate to join our growing team.Position Overview The Operations Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of AccuTrans Group. This position is primarily office-based and supports reservations, customer service, dispatch operations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable multitasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Initial training will be Monday through Friday. Once trained workdays will be adjusted to cover weekends.Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&middot; Entering and managing reservations and client data&middot; Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner&middot; Creating transportation quotes for clients&middot; Providing high-level customer service to clients and partners&middot; Assisting with daily dispatch and scheduling operations&middot; Coordinating trip details with chauffeurs and clients&middot; Filling in as a chauffeur when operational needs require&middot; Supporting general office and operational needsQualifications&middot; Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute&middot; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)&middot; Strong organizational and multitasking skills&middot; Excellent communication and customer service abilities&middot; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team&middot; Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles when needed&middot; Previous experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, or office operations is a plusBenefits&middot; Health Insurance&middot; Dental Insurance&middot; Vision Insurance&middot; 401(k) with Company Match&middot; Paid Time Off (PTO)&middot; Other ancillary benefits&middot; Professional and supportive work environmentPay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
