We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Associate to join our growing team.

Position Overview
The Operations Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of AccuTrans Group. This position is primarily office-based and supports reservations, customer service, dispatch operations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable multitasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Initial training will be Monday through Friday. Once trained workdays will be adjusted to cover weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Entering and managing reservations and client data

· Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner

· Creating transportation quotes for clients

· Providing high-level customer service to clients and partners

· Assisting with daily dispatch and scheduling operations

· Coordinating trip details with chauffeurs and clients

· Filling in as a chauffeur when operational needs require

· Supporting general office and operational needs

Qualifications

· Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles when needed

· Previous experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, or office operations is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
