In this role, you will be responsible for:&middot; Process production orders for our mechanical and electrical operations teams, including:<ul><li>Order Creation and releasing</li><li>Generating parts pick lists</li><li>Status tracking</li><li>Order completion and closing</li></ul>&middot; Work closely with production staff to ensure orders are complete and on time&middot; Distribute product drawings and information from engineering to production teams&middot; Works with purchasing and inventory control personnel to ensure there are enough materials to cover open production orders, without over ordering or waste.&middot; Liaison between production, engineering and purchasing personnel as needed&middot; Provide administrative support to ensure sufficient operations&middot; Communicate effectively to ensure all orders/tasks are completed accurately&middot; Perform other duties as necessary or assignedQualifications:&middot; Degree not required, but preferred in either business or technology&middot; Experience with ERP/MRP systems a big plus&middot; Metalwork and/or electrical production experience a plus&middot; Strong computer skills &ndash; MS Excel, Outlook, etc.&middot; Ability to read and follow a schedule&middot; Deadline aware, detail oriented&middot; Fast learner&middot; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills&middot; Excellent written and oral communications skillsThis is a full time position, 40hrs per week, salaried.*Salary commensurate with experience*Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Aiken, SC 29805 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Aiken, SC 29805: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
