Production Material Planner

Over the course of 40 years, Accudraft has grown to serve several industries in markets across the entire western hemisphere. Accudraft designs and builds finishing systems and paint booths for the automotive, truck, aircraft, marine, train, and many other industries that need spray finishing enclosures and solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our manufacturing team in Aiken, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Process production orders for our mechanical and electrical operations teams, including:

• Order Creation and releasing
• Generating parts pick lists
• Status tracking
• Order completion and closing

· Work closely with production staff to ensure orders are complete and on time

· Distribute product drawings and information from engineering to production teams

· Works with purchasing and inventory control personnel to ensure there are enough materials to cover open production orders, without over ordering or waste.

· Liaison between production, engineering and purchasing personnel as needed

· Provide administrative support to ensure sufficient operations

· Communicate effectively to ensure all orders/tasks are completed accurately

· Perform other duties as necessary or assigned

Qualifications:

· Degree not required, but preferred in either business or technology

· Experience with ERP/MRP systems a big plus

· Metalwork and/or electrical production experience a plus

· Strong computer skills – MS Excel, Outlook, etc.

· Ability to read and follow a schedule

· Deadline aware, detail oriented

· Fast learner

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

· Excellent written and oral communications skills

This is a full time position, 40hrs per week, salaried.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
