Position SummaryA growing healthcare company in Nashville, TN, is looking for a skilled Data Analyst. The ideal candidate has an accounting background with strong capabilities in financial reporting and data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on advanced Excel analysis, financial modeling, and ensuring data accuracy across accounting processes.Essential Functions<ul><li>Analyze financial data to support reporting and business decisions</li><li>Build and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards, and automated reports</li><li>Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and trend forecasting</li><li>Support month-end and year-end reporting</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and improve reporting efficiency through automation</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Management</li></ul>Position Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:</li><li>PivotTables</li><li>XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH</li><li>Complex formulas</li><li>Financial modeling</li><li>Experience working with large datasets</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Competitive Advantages<ul><li>Knowledge of Accounting Software (Quickbooks and/or Sage Intacct a plus)</li><li>Ability to bridge accounting and data analytics</li><li>Expertise in Excel-based reporting and automation</li><li>Strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills</li><li>Clear communication of financial insights</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>If you are the best of the best in both character and work ethic, determined to succeed with a dynamic organization that is having tremendous growth plus meeting the above requirements apply today.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
