</div><div>In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate customers on our services and solutions, and play a key role in managing the daily schedule. You will be responsible for helping customers solve problems and ensuring the right craftsman is matched to the right job.<br>
</div><div><b>This is not an entry-level role. Experience in home services, dispatching, or ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.</b><br>

</li></ul><div>Job Responsibilities:<br>
</div>Respond to job leads in a timely manner<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into booked jobs<br>
<li>
</li>Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for multiple craftsmen<br>
<li>
</li>Utilize ServiceTitan (or similar software) for scheduling and job management<br>
<li>
</li>Order materials and coordinate with vendors/suppliers<br>
<li>
</li>Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships<br>
<li>
</li>Perform administrative tasks including paperwork and data entry<br>
<li>
</li>Support daily operations to ensure a smooth customer experience<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div>Job Requirements:<br>
</div><ul><li>Minimum <b>3 years of CSR/Dispatcher experience (home services preferred)</b><br>
</li><li><b>ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred</b><br>
</li>Experience ordering materials and working with vendors is a plus<br>
<li>
</li>Comfortable with sales and customer interactions<br>
<li>
</li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills<br>
<li>
</li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities<br>
<li>
</li>Proficient with computers and technology<br>
<li>
</li>Team player with the ability to work independently<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div>Preferred Qualifications:<br>
</div>Call center experience<br>

</li>QuickBooks Online or basic accounting knowledge<br>

</li>Background in home improvement, construction, or trades<br>
<li>
</li>Sales or marketing experience<br>
