We are a national leader in home improvement and repair services, built around the needs of our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated CSR/Dispatcher to help ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate customers on our services and solutions, and play a key role in managing the daily schedule. You will be responsible for helping customers solve problems and ensuring the right craftsman is matched to the right job.
This is not an entry-level role. Experience in home services, dispatching, or ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to job leads in a timely manner
Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into booked jobs
Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for multiple craftsmen
Utilize ServiceTitan (or similar software) for scheduling and job management
Order materials and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
Perform administrative tasks including paperwork and data entry
Support daily operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of CSR/Dispatcher experience (home services preferred)
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
Experience ordering materials and working with vendors is a plus
Comfortable with sales and customer interactions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with computers and technology
Team player with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Call center experience
QuickBooks Online or basic accounting knowledge
Background in home improvement, construction, or trades
Sales or marketing experience
