Virtual Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and office management tasks. This role is perfect for proactive individuals who excel in multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute to a smoothly running virtual office environment. Duties

  • Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings with precision and efficiency
  • Good with Social Media Facebook advs, Google advs and CRM
  • Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing professional phone etiquette and customer support
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize Office Suite applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and collaboration
  • Support front desk functions virtually by managing correspondence, emails, and client inquiries
  • Coordinate office management activities including supply ordering, record keeping, and maintaining digital filing systems

Skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience with office management, clerical work, and administrative support roles
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve a diverse client base effectively
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures in a virtual setting
  • Time management skills to handle multiple priorities seamlessly while meeting deadlines

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
