<div>We are looking for a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store&rsquo;s profitability. Pay is commensurate with experience and retail sales experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet and direct customers</li><li>
Provide accurate information (e.g. *product features, pricing and after-sales services)</li><li>
Answer customers&rsquo; questions about specific products/services</li><li>
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing</li><li>
Cross-sell products</li><li>
Ensure racks are fully stocked</li><li>
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)</li><li>
Inform customers about discounts and special offers</li><li>
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with new products/services Skills:</li><li>
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales</li><li>
Representative, Sales Associate or similar role</li><li>
Understanding of the retail sales process</li><li>
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles</li><li>
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures</li><li>
Basic math skills</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships</li><li>
Ability to perform in fast-paced environment</li><li>
Flexibility to work various shifts</li><li>
Fill customer propane tanks</li><li>
Load customer's purchases into their vehicles</li><li>

Position Summary: 
This cashier position is responsible for maintaining helpful customer service, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently and performing cash register operations. The position is responsible for the operations of our store and plays a key role in providing Amazing customer service by engaging the customer and determining their needs and project requirements.
 
Essential Duties:

<li>Ability to combine amazing customer service with strong sales skills;</li>
<li>Perform all tasks in the store including such activities as cashiering, product placement, receiving of merchandise, processing shipments and/or store stocking, store cleanliness, sales, and operating equipment;</li>
<li>Work with management team to achieve established sales and productivity goals;</li>
<li>Assisting in maintaining the good working condition of store equipment;</li>
<li>Work with management to develop and execute ideas and activities to increase store traffic;</li>
<li>Ensure that end-caps, dump bins and feature displays are properly merchandised and maintained;</li>
<li>Ensure each customer receives amazing service which follows the Helpful Customer Service behaviors and mystery shop standards</li>
<li>Greet customers as they enter the store</li>
<li>Answer phone calls</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements</li>
<li>Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and maintain all cash at registers</li>
<li>Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked</li>
<li>Solicit customers to open an Ace Rewards card</li>
<li>Issuing receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers</li>
<li>Attend mandatory monthly store meetings</li>

<ul><li>Provide an exceptional experience through efficient and accurate service and effective communication.
</li><li>Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all residential equipment including traditional forced-air systems, steam, and hot water-based systems, oil, high velocity, ductless and more.
</li><li>Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to balance and solve traditional airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges presented in residential equipment.
</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of all work performed &amp; required truck inventory necessary to complete all flat-rate repairs.
