They understand that great service starts with great people and take pride in building a professional, reliable, and customer-focused team.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership &amp; Accountability<ul><li>Manage the day-to-day performance of chauffeurs, detailers, and mechanics</li><li>Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, attendance, and accountability</li><li>Conduct coaching conversations, performance reviews, and corrective action when necessary</li><li>Recognize and reward top-performing employees</li><li>Address performance issues quickly and professionally</li></ul>Recruiting &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for professionalism, attitude, and cultural fit</li><li>Assist with hiring decisions and onboarding</li><li>Work closely with recruiting efforts to ensure staffing needs are met</li><li>Ensure new employees are properly trained and set up for success</li></ul>Training &amp; Service Standards<ul><li>Conduct ride-alongs and field evaluations</li><li>Lead ongoing training and development programs</li><li>Ensure chauffeurs consistently meet uniform, appearance, and customer service standards</li><li>Reinforce company procedures and expectations</li><li>Lead regular team meetings and training sessions</li></ul>Operations &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Monitor customer feedback and investigate service-related concerns</li><li>Ensure vehicles are maintained, clean, and presentation-ready</li><li>Partner with dispatch, operations, and safety personnel to ensure consistent execution</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and help implement practical solutions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of management or supervisory experience</li><li>Experience leading teams in hospitality, transportation, customer service, operations, hotels, airlines, retail, or a related field</li><li>Strong interviewing, coaching, and employee development skills</li><li>Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities</li><li>Comfortable holding employees accountable and having difficult conversations</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li><li>Experience with luxury hospitality or Forbes-style service standards is a plus</li><li>Transportation industry experience is preferred but not required</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience</li><li>Performance Bonus</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>401(k)</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Ace Limousine &amp; Airport Service is a premier luxury transportation company serving Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC, and surrounding areas. Our diverse fleet includes Ford vehicles, luxury sedans, stretch limousines, vans, SUVs, and charter buses. We are looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic with strong expertise in Ford vehicles and buses to maintain our vehicles at the highest safety and reliability standards. 
 
Position Summary 
 
You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance across our mixed fleet. This hands-on role is essential for keeping our vehicles road-ready for corporate clients, airport transfers, weddings, and special events.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford vehicles, buses, and other makes/models in the fleet</li><li>
Service gasoline, diesel, and hybrid systems</li><li>
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, brake, steering, and HVAC systems</li><li>
Conduct thorough pre-trip and DOT inspections</li><li>
Troubleshoot complex issues efficiently to reduce vehicle downtime</li><li>
Maintain accurate service records in our fleet management system</li><li>
Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize repairs</li><li>
Work independently or with the maintenance team as needed</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum 3+ years of professional mechanic experience</li><li>
Strong experience working on Ford vehicles (highly preferred)</li><li>
Hands-on experience with charter buses or commercial vehicles (strongly preferred)</li><li>
Familiarity with other vehicle brands (Mercedes, Lincoln, Chevrolet, etc.) is a big plus</li><li>
ASE certifications preferred or equivalent technical training</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean record</li><li>
Ability to pass background check and drug screening</li><li>
Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a shop environment</li><li>
Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend work</li></ul>
