Job Role: Sales &amp; Business Development ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales/BD Executive who can take full ownership of the sales cycle&mdash;from prospecting to closure&mdash;with a focus on mid-leadership HR/People &amp; Culture functions in medium-to-large enterprises. The ideal candidate will bring their own leads, build deep relationships, manage a ~90-day sales cycle, and consistently achieve targets in a B2B environment.Key Responsibilities&#9679; Proactively generate leads: Source, research, and bring in new opportunities (cold outreach, referrals, networks, events, etc.)&#9679; Pipeline management &amp; forecasting: Qualify leads, maintain CRM, monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and report progress&#9679; Engage decision-makers: Build relationships with HR Heads, HR Business Partners, CHRO / People Leaders, mid-level leadership, and C-suite where relevant&#9679; Solution selling &amp; consultative approach: Understand client needs, diagnose pain points, position Acengage as a trusted partner (not just a vendor)&#9679; Handle full sales cycle: From initial discovery call &rarr; proposal &rarr; negotiation &rarr; contract closure&#9679; Cross-functional coordination: Work with marketing, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding&#9679; Account expansion / upsell: Once onboarded, identify opportunities to expand usage or introduce adjacent modules&#9679; Maintain relationships: Active account management and building long-term partnerships&#9679; Market intelligence &amp; feedback: Keep track of industry trends in HR tech, competitor offerings, and bring customer feedback to influence product enhancementsTarget / Metrics&#9679; Quarterly/annual revenue targets (define numbers)&#9679; Number of new accounts closed per quarter&#9679; Lead to opportunity conversion rate&#9679; Opportunity to closure ratio&#9679; Sales cycle time (average ~90 days)&#9679; Pipeline value (coverage multiple)Requirements:<ul><li>2-3 years of experience in sales or business development.</li><li>Candidates with experience in the HR industry would be preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales strategies and lead generation techniques.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
