The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js stack. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Application Development<ul><li>Architect, build, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.</li><li>Translate product requirements into technical deliverables with precision and creativity.</li><li>Implement best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.</li></ul>Front-End Engineering<ul><li>Develop modern, responsive, and high-performing interfaces using React.js and related libraries.</li><li>Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver fluid, intuitive user experiences.</li><li>Optimize rendering performance and state management for speed and efficiency.</li></ul>Back-End Engineering<ul><li>Build and maintain efficient RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.</li><li>Design scalable data models and manage MongoDB databases for high availability.</li><li>Integrate with third-party APIs and microservices seamlessly.</li></ul>Testing, Deployment &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Write reliable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.</li><li>Automate deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li><li>Monitor app performance and troubleshoot production issues proactively.</li></ul>Team Collaboration &amp; Growth<ul><li>Engage in peer code reviews, tech discussions, and architectural planning.</li><li>Share knowledge and mentor junior developers when needed.</li><li>Continuously research emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our stack modern and efficient.</li></ul>______________Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using the MERN stack.</li><li>Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.</li><li>Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.</li><li>Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).</li><li>Solid understanding of API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and microservices architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).</li><li>Passion for clean code, automation, and emerging technologies (e.g., TypeScript, GraphQL, Next.js).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
