Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js stack. You’ll collaborate closely with our product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Web Application Development

• Architect, build, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Translate product requirements into technical deliverables with precision and creativity.
• Implement best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.

Front-End Engineering

• Develop modern, responsive, and high-performing interfaces using React.js and related libraries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver fluid, intuitive user experiences.
• Optimize rendering performance and state management for speed and efficiency.

Back-End Engineering

• Build and maintain efficient RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
• Design scalable data models and manage MongoDB databases for high availability.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and microservices seamlessly.

Testing, Deployment & Monitoring

• Write reliable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
• Automate deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Monitor app performance and troubleshoot production issues proactively.

Team Collaboration & Growth

• Engage in peer code reviews, tech discussions, and architectural planning.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Continuously research emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our stack modern and efficient.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using the MERN stack.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Solid understanding of API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Passion for clean code, automation, and emerging technologies (e.g., TypeScript, GraphQL, Next.js).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
