We are hiring a proactive Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality materials that power our performance and production efficiency.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Evaluate and qualify new suppliers&mdash;domestic and international&mdash;based on quality, pricing, and lead times.&middot; Source raw materials (aluminum alloys, forging blanks, etc.) and components used in wheel production.&middot; Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to optimize costs without compromising on quality.&middot; Analyze market trends to anticipate material cost fluctuations.&middot; Resolve quality disputes or discrepancies with suppliers quickly and professionally.&middot; Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term reliability and favourable terms.&middot; Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid production delays.&middot; Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and vendor performance.&middot; Manage order lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and complete fulfilment.&middot; Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to production.&middot; Assist in developing procurement strategies that align with overall supply chain goals.&middot; Track and report procurement KPIs, including lead times, cost variances, and supplier performance.Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or Business Administration.</li><li>Minimum 3-4 years of experience in procurement, ideally in manufacturing or automotive sectors.</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing materials and industrial supply chains.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in the high-performance US automotive industry.</li><li>Familiarity with international sourcing and import regulations.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Salary Range: PKR 120,000 &ndash; 130,000/month</li><li>Timing: 8pm to 5am</li><li>Location: PWD Islamabad</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
