Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, writing, and submitting well-structured proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and supporting the business development team in securing new projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research and analyze client requirements, RFPs, and project briefs.</li><li>Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals for Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms (or specific client portals).</li><li>Collaborate with the business development and technical teams to gather information and create tailored responses.</li><li>Ensure proposals are grammatically correct, professionally formatted, and submitted within deadlines.</li><li>Maintain a repository of standard templates, company credentials, and reusable content.</li><li>Track and follow up on submitted proposals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, Business Development Executive, or similar role.</li><li>Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with Upwork/online bidding platforms will be a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work culture.</li></ul>Timing: 5:00pm to 2am(onsite)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
