Assistant Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit requirements.
• Conduct the final review of cash estimates, vendor reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations..
• Prepare and submit ad-hoc financial reports as required.
• Automate routine tasks and streamline financial workflows.
• Effectively lead the accounting team, set performance goals, and support team members’ professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CMA/ACCA/CA qualified or part- qualified candidates/ Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (QuickBooks Online and Excel).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (On-site)
• Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 115,000 per month
• Location: PWD Main Double Road, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
