Assistant Manager Procurement

Position: Assistant Manager – Procurement

Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities for construction projects (office & site coordination)
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements
  • Handle purchase orders, quotations, and vendor comparisons
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and develop new suppliers
  • Monitor market trends and pricing for cost optimization
  • Coordinate with project/site teams for smooth procurement operations

Requirements

  • Education: MBA / BBA (Preferably in Supply Chain Management)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement within construction or real estate industry
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Hands-on experience with BOQs, tendering, and site procurement
  • Good understanding of local market (Islamabad/Rawalpindi region)
  • Proficient in MS Office (ERP knowledge will be a plus)
