Accounts manager

DESCRIPTION

Unity International School is looking for a qualified and experienced applicant that has previous accounting experience and relevant education. Applicants with prior experience at a school or educational institution will be preferred. Furthermore, the candidate will also be required to handle additional work of the School e.g. purchasing from suppliers, building maintenance, overlooking repairs, and any additional work that might arise i.e. general management.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Full-Time Position

• Posts and maintains accounting records
• Prepares financial and statistical reports
• Prepares state reports
• Assists with the audit at year-end
• Assists with the preparation of investment schedules and supervise the process
• Records and posts summary accounting records
• Keeps records of receipts and expenditures and allocates receipts to proper funds
• Supervise all expenses
• Public dealing
• Handle multiple tasks in pressure
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
