We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to handle routine finance tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and ledgers
- Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support audits and tax-related documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
