With four clinics in Acton, Bedford, Hudson, and Sudbury, MA, and a team of 20+ skilled physical therapists, we are proud to serve our communities while fostering a workplace where both patients and staff are supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as a welcoming and dependable first point of contact by answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally</li><li>Respond to new patient inquiries from phone, website forms, and email in a timely and thoughtful manner</li><li>Listen to patient concerns or uncertainties and help guide them through next steps in care</li><li>Guide prospective patients through the scheduling and intake process with clarity, empathy, and confidence</li><li>Accurately register patients in the electronic medical record (EMR), ensuring all demographic, insurance, and intake information is complete prior to the initial evaluation</li><li>Confirm receipt of patient registration forms and proactively resolve any intake or scheduling conflicts</li><li>Schedule patient appointments based on availability, preferences, and clinic utilization needs</li><li>Track patient leads and referrals and maintain proactive communication to support every patient&rsquo;s needs</li><li>Conduct appointment reminder and rescheduling calls to support patient attendance and continuity of care</li><li>Maintain clear, compassionate communication with patients, clinicians, and administrative team members</li><li>Assist with documentation management, scanning, and front office organization</li><li>Support a positive clinic environment by contributing to team communication, shared goals, and company values</li><li>Provide coverage for other Patient Care Coordinators as needed</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>2 years of experience in a healthcare or business-related office working with customers, scheduling and/or insurance verification.</li><li>Associates Degree preferred</li><li>Familiarity with insurance guidelines and basic medical terminology</li><li>EMR experience preferred</li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Chat, etc.)</li><li>Strong interpersonal, telephone, and communication skills</li><li>Pleasant and skilled at building strong relationships with people from all backgrounds and abilities</li><li>Sales skills preferred or a willingness to learn basic sales skills</li><li>Effective problem-solving and creative thinking skills</li><li>Strong time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as team</li><li>Commitment to providing excellent customer service and patient satisfaction</li></ul>Achieve Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
